I always love being apart of birth stories, especially for first time moms. Watching and documenting this sweet family reminds me of being a first time mom, the excitement, the worry, and the wonders. When I was pregnant with Tyton I remember being so excited for all of my weekly appointments, anticipating the sex and what he would look like when he was born.
He took his sweet time to make his entry into the world, but came out roaring. When they were asking me what happens after the baby is born, I blanked a little. The moment both Tyton and Atlys were born my focus was solely on them, everything that happened after was unimportant. I was instantly a mom, and they were instantly my concern. Sometimes becoming a mom can be scary, after all, you are responsible for raising a human being. But, it’s the best, happiest, saddest, emotional, thrilling, and most scariest thing I’ve ever experienced… and I wouldn’t change a single moment of it.
Baby Norah, like Tyton took her sweet time, and it was totally worth it. Congrats Lyndi and Kyle on your beautiful baby girl, and thank you so much for letting me be apart of your birth story.
