First Wyoming session in the books

We moved!!! I know I know... I say that all of the time. But, I just recently did my first Wyoming shoot.  The one thing I love about being in a new location, means exploring to find new shooting spots.  I had originally picked out a different spot, BUT, when we took our boys fishing and saw how beautiful the light was here, it was a no brainer.

Ashley reached out to me to see if I would photograph both her and her brother's family.  I had planned on doing no sessions this fall, with our recent move and all, but when you have a client that is so sweet and slightly begs, how can you say no? Right?! You can't. :)  Alright, enough of my going on let's jump into the shoot.

There was this wood building that I thought would be an awesome back drop to start with and of course I always try to take as many snaps of kids first, because we all know kids are over sessions in about 2.5 minutes. haha

Of course, I always make a deal and have a funny face contest, I'm pretty confident my kids only take photos like this now.

Yayyy for lakes and greenery, something I really missed when we lived in California.

I absolutely love how this shoot turned out, and of course I always look for diversity throughout my shoot, to offer a ton of variety. Thank you again Ashley for booking with me, I had such a blast, and loved meeting and hanging out with your family. <3
